*First, second and third place prizes will be awarded to the Health Coaches with the highest level of school/student participation based on:
Percent of school's students who register and track their healthy eating and physical activity choices on Fuel Up to Play 60 (www.fueluptoplay60.com).
Percent of school's students who participate in the Step It Up pedometer contest (or an equivalent school-wide, multi-week physical activity project.
Percent of school's students who complete the start-up and follow-up surveys.
Percent of school's families that respond to the parent/caregiver mini-survey.
