National Advisory Board

The National Advisory Board was formed at the beginning of 2009 to broaden the reach and impact of the Healthy Schools, Healthy Kids initiative. The members of the board are national thought leaders representing a cross-section of stakeholder groups and subject matter experts. The Board has provided valuable advice and counsel on research, trends and possible partners, as well as guidance on how the Appreciative Inquiry approach may be used to address nutrition and physical activity in other large urban school systems.
